Mails not being received

1. First give it about 15 minutes and then check again.

2. Make sure your mail server has not put the mail in the spam or junk folder

Click on the Having Trouble link to notify us. Enter in the relevant details and submit to us. We will respond as soon as we can.

Choosing a Category

On the left hand side of the FreeLegalDocs website you will see a list of all the different categories to chose from. Use your mouse and click on the desired categories.

Each category has a list of documents associated with it that will appear in the centre of the screen.

Selecting documents

On the left of each document description is a little check box. You choose the documents that you want to download by marking it's checkbox with a tick (click on it with a mouse). Below is an example of a ticked and an unticked checkbox.

If you click on the document description it will tick and untick its own checkbox. Otherwise you can just click on the checkbox itself.

Once you have selected all the documents you want of a particular category, you can choose another category or you can choose the button to download the documents.

Downloading documents

To download the documents, you must enter a valid email address in the place provided.

You can choose to have the documents zipped before they are sent by ticking the zip checkbox.

You must also tick the checkbox indicating that you accept the terms and conditions.

You can read the terms and conditions by clicking on the provided button.

Once you have entered everything just click on the button and the documents will be mailed to you in a few minutes.
